1. Please read the Rockstars’ carrd thoroughly, including the regulations and packages and check their schedule for the availability date.
2. We accept several types of accounts: Business, Cyber, FA, and Rants. However, Rockstars, STRICTLY don't accept Personal and Alter. We might check your account first, so make sure it's unlocked. You can use an empty account, but please attach your main account to the form. Rest assured, your privacy is safe with us.
3. It’s MANDATORY to fill out the form in detail and the Rockstars’ padlet after the session.
4. Payment is done before the session to avoid hit-and-run and cancellation.
5. Cancellation and refund are NOT allowed without any clear reasons, but rescheduling is welcomed. Please discuss with Nathalie immediately to reschedule the session.
6. Respect the Rockstars’ privacy and boundaries.
7. Rockstars have the right to decline if they are unable to do the session and terminate the session if the clients cross the boundaries without a refund.
8. First come, first serve. You have a maximum of 6 hours to fill out the form and proceed with the payment to reserve a seat. The seat will remain available again if clients are unable to complete the form and payment after 6 hours without any confirmation.
9. Nathalie and Rockstars are open to suggestions, criticism, and discussion. You may contact Nathalie for complaints.
